1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using Seasaria's yacht rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms comply with Google Ads policies and Canadian maritime regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Seasaria provides yacht rental and charter services in Canadian waters. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Daily and weekly yacht rentals
• Corporate event hosting
• Custom route planning
• Professional crew services
• Catering coordination

All services are subject to weather conditions, vessel availability, and safety considerations.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Reservations

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit and signed charter agreement. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season (May-September).

3.2 Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required to secure booking
• Balance due 14 days before charter date
• Accepted payment methods: major credit cards, bank transfer
• All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes

3.3 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at booking will be honored for your charter. Additional services may incur extra charges.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Client

• More than 30 days: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• 15-30 days: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund (subject to rebooking availability)

4.2 Weather Cancellations

If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

4.3 Cancellation by Seasaria

In rare cases where we must cancel due to vessel maintenance or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

5. Safety and Conduct

5.1 Safety Requirements

• All passengers must participate in safety briefing
• Life jackets will be provided and must be worn when required
• Captain's safety decisions are final
• Passengers must follow all crew instructions

5.2 Prohibited Items and Behavior

• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited
• Excessive alcohol consumption may result in termination of charter
• Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Limitation of Liability

Seasaria's liability is limited to the amount paid for the charter. We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or consequential damages except where prohibited by law.

6.2 Insurance Coverage

Our vessels are fully insured for commercial operations. Passengers are covered under our marine liability insurance during the charter period.

6.3 Personal Property

Seasaria is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property. We recommend securing valuables and consider travel insurance for expensive items.

7. Age and Health Requirements

• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Passengers with medical conditions must inform us at booking
• Pregnant women should consult their physician before participating
• All passengers participate at their own risk

8. Force Majeure

Seasaria is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, government regulations, natural disasters, or emergency situations.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with Canadian privacy laws and Google Ads policies regarding data collection and usage.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

11. Google Ads Compliance

Our services and advertising comply with Google Ads policies. We do not make unrealistic claims or use prohibited language in our marketing materials. All testimonials and reviews represent genuine customer experiences.

12. Modifications

Seasaria reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
